I'm not entirely convinced we should be speaking about "triggers". Stutter varies a lot - all on its own, so to say - and it's not like we can somehow be fluent all the time, as long as we avoid "triggers". I don't think that's how stutter works. There are certainly factors that go into how and when we stutter, but it's probably rather general and fluctuating. So, instead of doing fickle tracking on what might affect us, a better approach would be managing our stutter directly. Getting used to our stutter and handling it when it appears is an ongoing project.
