I’d say also take it. It’s a disability in a sense that others make it so not that you are disabled in any way. I have never allowed others to convince me to use my stuttering as a disability but now that I am older and wiser I wish I had of when starting my career-life. As a veteran I still can’t bring myself to go back and try and qualify even though many veterans have tried to talk me into it. Don’t let pride keep you from receiving support that betters your collegiate situation. Once you start hitting the job interview circuit, it’s gonna take steeled reserve to pressure through those feelings we all feel or have felt. Use your opportunities as the come and make the most of them; you never know when one thing leads to another.
