Don't be scared. In school, when I used to address the class, I stuttered very badly. I spoke too fast, and didn't know how to control. People including the teacher used to laugh. When I went to college, during my presentations, it somewhat improved as I tried to control the rate of speaking. They didn't laugh here, rather heard me patiently. So, I would advise to try to slow down the speech. Speak every syllable slowly. Then it can improve. And people will judge. Ignore them
