Everyone can provide input on well the exercises and techniques that help, but generally speaking also try to find ways to reduce stress in your life as a whole and it will actually help. Think of the things that make you anxious/your own struggles that you worry about and work on all those. I realized a significant improvement in my stutter when a few things happened (couldnt tell if it was a coincidence or not at the time) - my long term gf and I broke up (was sometimes suffocating, so i think letting go of that was positive for my stutter) - I was done with finals for good and graduated from college (high stress addressed) - found alternate forms of expression in music and such which helps too (addresses built up tension of not being able to adequately express myself through words)
