It might be helpfu for you to seek thearpy/life coaching that targets not just speech techniques, but also targets emotional and mental wellbeing, and a path to tolerate and accept your stutter. I carried lot of anger and angst about my stutter when i was younger, but ive changed now, and in a far better mental and emotional state. Stutter does not hold me back anymore, and i can thrive in any situation
