Pity at work??? Idk

Pity at work??? Idk So at work (I work in a warehouse) sometimes when they introduce me to new employees I can over hear my bosses say “he’s stutters/has a speech impediment, Be nice to him”. Like what does that even mean? Like they have to warn people before talking to me 😂
