100% go to therapy. A lot of stutterers tend to be highly sensitive people and I can tell you are too (nothing to be ashamed of, I'm highly sensitive as well). Therapists are generally trained to not be judgemental. Most will have seen much worst than stuttering. I think it could do you a world of good to go to therapy. Our moods obviously have a great effect on our stutter, and even though therapy will likely not cure your stutter, there is a good chance it will improve it. If at first you don't feel that the therapist is right for you, try to get a different one. But please please please at least go for one session. Give it a chance. Don't be afraid
