Stuttering is known to affect motor movements in some people (writing, touch typing). But there is a big difference in struggling to control your motor movements and leaving a deliberate “f-ollowing” in your typed text. They could have deleted and retyped. I know stuttering is complex, but I don’t buy it. There might be another related compulsion that causes a person to do this, but I don’t think it’s classic stuttering.
