Caught my stutter on video (realized some things) So I often have to give webinars for work. Well I had one yesterday and I had several stuttering instances that caused me so much stress and anxiety. The webinar was recorded so I retrieved it from the cloud on zoom and replayed it. I used my phone to record the instances when I stuttered. I experienced blocks when saying words that begin with consonants: w, f, l, p, and c. I didnt have any blocks when saying words that begin with a vowel. As I watched myself, I could see how tense and stressed my face I got as I struggled through my blocks. Have you ever been able to catch your stutter on audio or video? What did you realize as a result?
