Has anybody else here straight up refused to call back their boss when they leave a voicemail because of anxiety? I've gotten better with this, but I have straight up not called my work back a few times when my boss leaves a voicemail asking specifically to call him back. It's horrible I know, but nobody's ever brought it up. Because I realize how bad this is I make sure my phones always at least on vibrate and I always, always have it on and with me from around 11-2 and 4-6, because that's when my work calls me if they need me to take a shift. When I first started working at this place I had to call them to set up orientation and I seriously could not get a word out when the host picked up, nobody knew it was me thank god but they would if it happened again. Anybody else done this or is this extra cringy?
