it’s not that you forget to use your mouth and articulate, but the fact that the onset of your voice is stuttered due to an overly sensitive larynx. Your larynx experiences spasms as you attempt to speak, which caused you to repeat beginning syllables. If you speak very very slowly, you most likely will never stutter, but speech at that rate is too slow and unnatural as well as ineffective in day to day speaking situations.
