Stuttering sucks. I've had job interviews ruined because of it, and I know something as simple as not being able to say your name hurts bad. But never be ashamed over it or let it define who you are. Have you had speech therapy? Or tried saying 'my name is....' and then softly pronouncing your name? I know - easier said than done and some things work for some but not for others. As for the job, when one door closes another one opens. If Walmart doesn't get back to you then don't beat yourself up about it. Just keep trying elsewhere, and drop your resume everywhere - that's how I got my first job and they already knew my name 🙂
