My friends don't take an interest in my stutter at all

My friends don't take an interest in my stutter at all I have a few close friends that I've known for a while and I can probably count on my one hand the number of times they have asked me about my stutter or taken an interest in how it affects me. They don't want to have a dialogue about it, when I bring it up they just go quiet and nod with disinterest. Not once has anyone actively engaged with me when I try vent about my stutter, it's like they don't want to know my perspective on it at all. It's too real for them.
