Minor rant about vocal disability and accessibility It seems stuttering and other other vocal disabilities are the least recognized life impairment. The number of public organizations that do not consider vocal impairments in process or customer service planning is terrible. One if the worst examples is I had to call 911 not to long ago and had the most difficult time explaining was happening and address. This doesn't include endless phone trees, no way to reach someone other by telephone, or not implementing other non verbal tools.
