Thank you so much I really needed this! My stuttering fluctuates so much sometimes it’s so mild people dont notice and sometimes it’s noticeable to people. I really try hard not to let it get in the way of my job but sometimes it’s difficult when unexpected requests like this one occur. Thank you for the tips and I will also look into CBD oil!
