I just watched a video explaining Lee’s methods and my thought process and techniques I use are very similar. I believe that the brain stutters because all its memories are of me stuttering, so my brain would think it’s wrong not to stutter when I speak, hence stuttering. The way I avoid my stutter is to silently say a phrase and then say my feared word eg “thank you” becomes “there we go.. THANK YOU”. I’m glad you’ve had a change of mindset at an early age. I’m 23 and I’ve been working on positively improving myself for a year or so
