I believe that accepting your stutter is the most effective way to reduce your disfluency. To accept your stutter I think that what you first need is strong confidence, so try and excel at something or be more helpful to people. Once you’ve built up enough confidence to be able to overcome your fear of stuttering and accept it, it gets rid of a majority of the anxiety and worry which often comes with having a stutter.
