It's great that your school offers those services! if I were you, I'd take advantage of it. Speech therapy isn't just about curbing disfluencies, it's also about addressing the emotional side of the issue. Being vulnerable about your stutter is required of you to even attend speech therapy, so just accept that you may cry and even if it does happen it'll be alright because you'll be in a judgement free zone.
