Compulsory military service might come back where I live, can I get disqualified because of my stutter?

Compulsory military service might come back where I live, can I get disqualified because of my stutter? In my country (and also in other countries I believe) they want to bring compulsory military service back. But they will of course see if you’re even fit enough. I am fit enough (probably), but I don’t want to serve. I have a stutter (moderate), will that perhaps be a reason for them to disqualify me? I also have autism so that might even be the bigger problem.
