I get what your saying. I'm 37 and while I have days now that I can speak perfectly fine, I have other days where it's horrible. I've also developed this sort of facial contortion while trying not to stutter that makes it all that much more embarrassing. Just keep chugging along, and don't worry about what anyone thinks, you'll find it's gets easier with time
