Im not a doctor or anything like that but, from what ive heard, you just gotta stop thinking about stuttering, just accept it. Speak clearly, open your mouth wide and concentrate on every sylab. I have been doing it for the last few months and i noticed a major increase in my confidence. Also, i stutter much much less than i used to. I try not to consider people as my enemies or the things i should be afraid of.
