Did anything happen that day that may have had an impact on her? Like a big scare, a fall or some trauma type thing? At that age it’s hard to say, if not impossible. But I know even a bad nightmare could cause some issues for a few days. But should resolve imo. Seek professional help soon if it doesn’t get better though.
