Blocking on people's names. Any advice?

Blocking on people's names. Any advice? Hi, I can say certain names fine, but some I just block and can't say them. Names are difficult as I can't substitute a name for another word I can say. Part of me is interested in teaching, but I can't see how i'd do it, as a lot of names I physically can't say. Thanks.
