Same thing here, buddy. I only pass the technical interviews and fail most HR and behavioral ones. In one interview I messed everything up. I knew I would fail but then at the end, I told the interviewee that I'm a stutterer, and the fact this is an interview was making the matter worse. So she cut me some slack and moved me to the next step.
