Treat it like a sport. Desensitize yourself to the pain you feel when people make fun of you. Work on battling the fear of speaking. Practice speaking as many hours a day as you can. I know it seems scary on how you’ll be able to function by getting a job, relationships etc. but it’ll happen! Practice practice practice.
