A personal opinion can be wrong if it's based on misinformation. Even if your country does not personally acknowledge stuttering, it's still a recognized disability elsewhere. Stuttering is a neurological disorder. It doesn't matter if you "benefit" from your disability, you stutter, therefore you have a disability. If your country should one day recognize it, writes laws, and create systems to support it, you could one day apply for disability for stuttering. We are differently wired but it's not the same way as neurodivergence. But just like neurodivergence, it is a recognized disability. Even if your country (or others) don't acknowledge it.
