I don't what's happening?

I don't what's happening? I already struggle trying to understand people I have auditory processing disorder, but now lately I've noticed I will speak and occasionally my words come out jumbled and I have to slow down the word just to say it. I feel like it makes me look really stupid to people and they end up talking down to me.
