Cook/Chef for a country club. Been in the industry for about 4 years straight out of culinary school. I have a pretty bad stutter but once I forced myself to lead my line I had to start calling out tickets and communicate with my line and our expo/servers I realized it has to do a lot with confidence! In that moment I'm worried about getting the food out on time and correctly and my stutter doesn't follow (as much..). Keep your heads up everyone, we gotta deal with this issue every single day but its not the only thing that makes you, you. Stay strong ❤️
