Is social isolation/ostracism something we just have to accept as PwS?

Is social isolation/ostracism something we just have to accept as PwS? I feel like this is me pretty much everywhere I go. I hate to sound judgmental, but even the "weird" people seem to have friends and have their own social circles, which makes me feel even more weird in comparison, because I don't even have this.
