Depends how comfortable I am in the moment. In the army I struggled bad talking with higher ups. So maybe an 8 during that. But if it was a group of soldiers / coworkers now, then it’s a 3. It just fluctuates more than I’d like to it. Talking to my wife some days is a 8, when others it’s a 1.
