In my experience, it all comes to confidence. If you act meek and timid, then it’ll be an issue. If you project confidence, strength, and competence, then it won’t be. When you walk in the room, you look everyone dead in the eye and give a good, firm, strong handshake. Project that you are the best candidate for the position - speech disfluency or not - and it will carry over to your interviewers.
