Let’s be rational here for a second. Diet and nutrition is endlessly more complex than modern science can understand. However, alternative diets rely on these roundabout answers to prey on people looking for solutions. I just did a quick search so feel free to correct me, but it looks like the GAPS diet values anti-inflammatory foods and emphasizes vegetables and healthy fats….. doesn’t really seem all that amazing and new to me. Sounds like a moderately healthy Mediterranean diet, and I must ask you…. Do Mediterranean people stutter too? Did people stutter before process foods? Did people stutter when organic non-gmo vegetables were the only ones available? Do people stutter even when they live off of fish? Personally, I think the answer the all of the above questions is yes. If people who naturally do all these things still stutter, why would you turning into them stop you from stuttering? But again, diet and nutrition are much more complicated than we know. So changing your intake can change neurotransmitter concentration potentially?
