I 100% agree with you! Stuttering has 100% affected me being able to stay employed in the past. I have been humiliated by coworkers and even bosses. I’ve had snide comments made to me when I am unable to speak due to a block in a high pressure situation. The anxiety and depression I already had was quadrupled because of these situations. The only reason why this is no longer issue for me is I am self employed.
