If you're setting a goal of overcoming stuttering in one month you're setting yourself up for disappointment. If anyone could "overcome" stuttering in a month don't you think half the people here would do that? I recommend you use that time to find the best SLP you can and try them out. I would stay away from those who offer techniques and exercises. If your stuttering is exacerbated by anxiety and fear, the way to help that is to reduce the anxiety and fear around stuttering. Trying to work in minimizing stuttering is only reinforcing that fear of stuttering which is the opposite direction.
