Help with being more outgoing? So I’m 18 and i’ve had a stutter for as long as i remember, but it’s not a regular stutter. I don’t repeat sounds or anything I just have blocks all the time. What I mean by that is I can’t get words out and I end up saying “um” a million and a half times before I can get the word out. This really affects my life because I want to be that outgoing person, and I know I am but I just get held back from the fear of stuttering. Does anybody have any tips to just not give a shit about my stutter and just go talk to people??
