Correlation between fluency and a strong core?

Correlation between fluency and a strong core? Tell me about your degree of stuttering and do you work out your core? Like for example I am mom of three, so my core is very weak right now and I feel like i have a moderate stutter at the moment. My fluency goes down when I feel even more stress but we all know that. But I was curious if any of you have a strong core and have been working out to see if there has been an improvement in your fluency. I'm not asking if you have a six pack but if you work on your core. Btw, I got a bachelor's in communication and sciences disorders but I did not get my master's. Hopefully I get a chance once my kiddo's are a bit bigger. But I have been wondering about this correlation for a couple of months now. We know that our breathing it's part of one of those main pieces of speech and our core takes part of that.
