Bro, you said that the battle against stuttering is not just about seeking fluency, but is also about the "secondary" things that influence stuttering (tension, shame, efficiency/movement, spontaneity/expression, etc.). Could you please give me some kind of directions on when to learn about that? Maybe a link, a video, a book, or a brief explanation, so I can understand and search for myself after that? I found what you said very interesting, and I think it would me help a lot in my journey against stuttering.
