Deployed

Deployed Ive had a stutter since I was born and before I deployed the stutter was at a 5/10 but during and after its popped up to a 8 or 9/10. I know stress can be a factor but I was hoping once I returned I'd be fine. But it hasn't been fine. Anyone have any thoughts? Also Ive read alot about devices that would help. Does anyone have any recommendations on devices to help aid my speech.
