Acceptance, it's too mentally draining to try to eliminate something that's never going away. I know my stutter is is anxiety driven so I work on that to manage my speech as best I can. I have the gift of being old and successful enough to not care as much as I did when I was younger. Which in itself helps improve my speech. The less self conscious I am about it, the less anxious I am about it, the less I stutter.
