He was a college professor when he was granted disability. It progressively got worse to the point he felt like he couldn't effectively communicate his lesson. Yeah perhaps he could have worked in some office instead of going on disability. I really don't know how all that works. There's usually no way to prove hiring discrimination, regardless of the reason. Some people are just jerks and no laws will change them.
