Sorry to hear that,I've been in a clinical role myself and lord knows it never gets easy..feels like every day is thesame day.so many words to say but very few are willing to come out.. I know for a fact that most nurses are on some stress relief pill that helps with the anxiety,stress and focus..you can try that route tho it doesnt work for everyone, but does for some..cbd does it for others too.left for you to experiment.
