i was in the doctors office when i replied to all of yalls messages since i was going to give an update on it to my doctor, my meds that caused the concussion symptoms is one that has very few interchangeable ones at the time so all they could do was lower the dosage, I was taken off of it this time and I haven't stuttered since. This leads me to believe that it was just some unknown side effect of that medication. i am going to wait another few weeks before i say it completely worked though because it not happening yet doesn't mean it won'thappen tomorrowor the next day.
