I had to go into a cell phone store to prove I was myself when I tried to upgrade my phone recently. The store clerk even had to call the fraud prevention number and they had me answer the same questions I had answered the day before when they called to verify my order. Only this time I got to answer them in front of a bunch of people in the store. Fun times!
