I am also in your situation but started school 2 days ago, I am 17. Class introduction has always been impossible for me and over the years I started to ask the teacher to talk outside before class and told them that i have a stutter and dont really like to talk in front of the class and they were totally understood my situation or just sent emails before classes started and those really made my anxiety go away.
