It's ok, yesterday I was embarrassed in front of 30 strangers when I could not even say my fucking name. On top of that, I had to sit with them for an 8-hour conference. Life happens. You know what makes me happy? I work out and am in damn good shape for my age. My kids say that I am the strongest dad. Gals 10 years younger than me try to get my number at the gym.
