hey man, i think you need to take a deep breath and try to remain calm. i'm 28 years old and i stutter. what i've realized over the years is that its okay! i'm in medical school, where I need to talk alot, and unfortuantely i stutter, but like i said its okay! accepting your stutter is the first step to bettering your speech. i know everything may feel like a lost cause right now but just take it day by day, and the more comfortable you become in your skin, the more you'll realize you will be alright
