I’m a stuttering specialist SLP and let me tell you, the activities I can do with a college age student rather than a pre-teen are astoundingly different. Most of my pre-teen work is finding ways to express complex ideas in child-friendly ways. You’re at the age now where I can talk to you about YOUR goals and what YOU need to succeed. With my pre-teens I have to talk about a hypothetical stutterer and what they MIGHT want if they were them. Long story short, you aren’t the same person you were when you were 13 so speech therapy won’t be the same as you were when you were 13. See a speech therapist but make sure they’re a specialist. Ask them the first time you see them, specialists like to brag so don’t be afraid to ask
