The last minute or so is where the tip is. But I'll type it out just in case. When people try to practice and experience diaphragmatic breathing, they try to breathe in to 'feel' the mechanism going on. It's easier to experience this mechanism by breathing out fully, and then instead of consciously inhaling, just let the belly area expand on its own, as if it's going back to its starting place.
