Thank you for your comment; it is well appreciated! Your right, I mostly avoid situations where I will go talk to others that I think will initiate my stutter. But then, I try to talk to others, like those who also have shyness within and, I know, are also introverts. Also, to those who are extroverts, but I can’t keep up with their social energy, so yeah, hahaha. What should I do to reduce my stutter? It will get me covered soon. I also have a classmate who has a medical reason why he stutters in regards to his ear. When he sometimes recites in class or presents (for grades), my other classmates start to tease and laugh at him secretly. But when he is done, they pretend they do not laugh, like how they are insulting him. I know I shouldn’t overthink that there are people who also secretly do this to me because when I sometimes presented back then, there was a girl group that was laughing hard when I was presenting some concept alone. I try to avoid my negative thoughts. Later on, I think I have overcome it, but when the pandemic ends and I go back to face-to-face classes, I still stutter, and it has become usual for me to stutter a lot more than I used to. I know that others are understandable but I just can’t keep thinking the fact that deep inside, they think I am annoying, like when my one classmate acts like a friend to me, but when I am not with him, he keeps talking trash about how bad my speaking skill is. Our mind is truly powerful, creating scenes and things that go beyond what is in reality. However, it predicts some occurrences that make us think we are bad people with no purpose at all.
