I've found making / editing YouTube videos is VERY stutter friendly. Oh I stuttered like a mad man in that one clip? Let's just drop the audio down for that small bit so no one notices. I still occasionally edit them out if it's to horrid, but lately since I've started going Live I just leave them in. If anything, just fiddle with it a bit for fun. I only make them for fun and I can say It's a great confidence booster for me. ​ As for career paths, most blue collar jobs don't require much phone calls. My current job, like yours, requires constant phone calls. It's rough, but it is what it is. Hopefully when I'm done with school I'll be able to get into the field pretty quickly.
